YAY or NAY? ????????????????????What’s your favourite colour of the rainbow fruit & vegetable display?

Adding a variety of fruits and vegetables into our diet gets us the vitamins and minerals we need. Below is what each colour brings in:
Red: rich in antioxidants including lycopen, anthocyanins and ellagic acid ????????????????????
Orange: rich in alpha-carotene and beta-carotene.????????????
Yellow: rich in carotenoids including beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin.????????????
Green: rich in chlorophyll, sulforaphane and glucosinolate.????????????
Purple: rich in anthocyanins and nitrates.????????????
Also remember that getting the right proportion of foods from the major food groups is as important as eating the rainbow.
