💫 Plus a poem on Rejection Sensitivity (IYKYK) that emerged this morning

I’m reaching out again because this request is super time-sensitive (ironic, I know!) — I have a hot seat with a 7-figure offer coach on Tuesday to get feedback on my new tiny offer about Time, Flow, and Creativity. I know reaching out like this can sometimes stir up feelings, and I’m no stranger to the vulnerability of asking. Making this ask brought up a lot for me as a neuro-emergent person with RSD, curious to understand why I feel so deeply. So after I sat with ALL my feels, I wrote a poem:
Supernova: The Gravity of Rejection Sensitivity
As soon as I asked, the bracing began... Try as I might to ignore it, the feeling flooded in this morning during meditation. So I sat with the feeling, noticing it, tracking the charge. It settled fullest in my throat— a weight of shame, too muchness. No one wants to share their deepest struggles with me. No one will devote a moment of Time to inquiry. No one cares. Holding back tears, I ask — where is this feeling coming from? It’s a black hole in my heart. Not a nothingness, But massive energy, Pulling my mass, my scaffolding into it. The atoms that hold me together consumed by rupture. It feels like I’m falling inward, nothing left to hold me. Completely alone. But then a voice asks — did you look to see if your one person responded? Um, no. Ah! One in a thousand DID give a moment of Time to look within, feel, and listen to what they might need. Supernova
