Two years ago I was utterly lost. It felt like 6 G’s, no center point. We sold almost everything and moved to Nicaragua with 8 duffel bags and our cat.
•
I committed to giving myself space to plant seeds, grow and bloom. I joined WildFit, shed the weight/wait, stopped saying “someday…”, started the bee sanctuary, fell deeper in Love with who I was becoming.
•
I found Joy again. I turned back my body clock (from 47 to 34). I relearned the rhythm and flow of my heart. I remembered who I was (Light and frequency) and my game changed.
•
We all can have second chances. But you’ve got to be paying attention to the subtle knock at the door from the Universe. Your future self prays you will hear your call.

Sit in the Silence and hear what your heart desires, listen to what is trying to emerge. Pure Joy awaits you.

This wisdom and art from @life_as_ceremony (follow them!!!) says so much about our time. The process of decolonization is at times destabilizing of my identity and what I thought I knew. There is radical deconstruction and some relativism that is going through a purification in my heart and mind as my heart and mind return to trusting my intuition and instinct. These skills are central to indigenous knowledge and were systematically taken from us through modern colonial lifestyle.

I am so grateful to be free of the diet that kept me from vitality. Returning to my ancestral way of eating, with food as medicine and heart and mind as path to my truth and Light. In healing…

Yet, it is necessary to break the cycles of personal and collective trauma that people of color have been caring for generations.

What a year! 2018 has had its highs and lows, it’s had laughter and 2-minute dance parties and hiding in the dark hearing the gunfire moving closer, holy shit tragic moments. ????????????

What made this year so incredible was my response-ability to all the moments. I was able ride peaks and valleys with my soul intact and shining brightly with fierce Love in my heart. ????
.
It was the first year I can remember NOT being focused on my weight, ending the year without gaining another 5 pounds, having figured out what my body needs and giving myself permission to heal in the present, through my ancestors and raise my vibration to create an exciting, fun future. ????????‍♀️
.
I am so grateful to be alive in this time. To bring Light to world through connecting to our rhythm and flow, to our hearts’ transformation, to our medicine gifts to guide the planet through this time of flux and transition. ????????☮️????
