What a year! 2018 has had its highs and lows, it’s had laughter and 2-minute dance parties and hiding in the dark hearing the gunfire moving closer, holy shit tragic moments. ????????????

What made this year so incredible was my response-ability to all the moments. I was able ride peaks and valleys with my soul intact and shining brightly with fierce Love in my heart. ????

It was the first year I can remember NOT being focused on my weight, ending the year without gaining another 5 pounds, having figured out what my body needs and giving myself permission to heal in the present, through my ancestors and raise my vibration to create an exciting, fun future. ????????♀️

I am so grateful to be alive in this time. To bring Light to world through connecting to our rhythm and flow, to our hearts’ transformation, to our medicine gifts to guide the planet through this time of flux and transition. ????????☮️????
