Caption: I love public art. This detailed 360 degree mosaic at a crossroad depicts musicians and a mythological story of Nicaraguan resistance to colonialism. I’m so grateful to those people in my life that are going deep, doing the work of being human, and exposing themselves in the process for me to learn and grow from as well. ❤️???????? #nicalife #nicaragua #mosaic #transformation #resist #permaculture

Ixchel Lunar
Deep Time Midwife
Ixchel Lunar is a somatic leadership mentor guiding creative founders through leadership recalibration grounded in decolonial and relational time.
They support leaders to clarify responsibility, strengthen embodied authority, and express from aligned presence as their vision expands.
Their work is shaped by lived political rupture, migration, chronic illness pacing, and years of guiding high-capacity leaders and creative founders who refuse urgency as a governing force.
Ixchel draws from Indigenous ecological timeways, nervous system regulation, cyclical leadership, and relational practice to help founders carry meaningful work without sacrificing themselves to it.
