Tierra: Online Permaculture Symposium

Tierra: Online Permaculture Symposium

All of the wonderful “what is happening here in your yard?” conversations we’ve had with neighbors these past months are so much more than that. Each is a blessing, built on years of our own “what’s going on with your yard” moments of delight we’ve had with friends and mentors.

We’d been searching for a while for a way to roll our professional backgrounds into something that might inspire anyone to feel the joy we have at 8th & B — and change the world, one yard at a time.

So we’ve spent the last 3 months building our first 8th & Bee online symposium, and it’s probably been the best work we’ve done together since our kids. Tierra: Online is a regenerative / permaculture-inspired event designed to teach you how to grow food, build soil, or turn your neighborhood into a resilient food network.

We’ve put together 17 in-depth video conversations with some 20 leading experts in permaculture, soil science, urban gardening, and more — each providing you with countless ideas to create a food forest of any size — from the container garden to the backyard to the urban farm, and everything in between.

Trathen Heckman • Christopher Shein • Brock Dolman • Laura Allen • Larry Santoyo  • Kerry Brady • Kendall Dunnigan • Doria Robinson • Paul & Elizabeth Kaiser • Rachel Kaplan • Ryan Johnston • Sara McCamant • Joshua Angelo Silva • Dana Yares • Grover Stock • Matt & Adriana Powers • Delia Carroll

These are some of the best, most inspirational leaders we know. We constantly had to pinch ourselves during every recording.

What’s even better, all 18+ hours of content is delivered conveniently to your computer or favorite mobile device — at a crazy good value starting at just $97. Tierra: Online topics include:

Garden Design Patterns • Soil Health • Plant Guilds • Pollinators + Attractors • Water • Personal Ecology • Backyard Critters • Preserving Seeds • Urban Homesteading
