Discover Your Personal Cosmology for These Precarious Times
Beautiful Wildlings,
This Black Friday and Indigenous Heritage week, I’m reflecting deeply on what it means to navigate resilience, creativity, and authenticity in times of uncertainty.
Today, I had the honor of leading and wrapping up the Becoming a Good Migrant workshop, where I supported others in preparing for migration and finding safety amid growing threats to existence, especially toward our BIPOC and LBGTQIA2S+ siblings.
While the realities many of us face are pressing, what stood out to me most is the power of knowing who we are and how we move in the world as a foundation for resistance.
When we uncover our personal cosmology — our unique framework of identity, creativity, and purpose that I shared about in the last email — we reclaim agency, even in the face of systems that seek to stifle us. This is self-discovery to anchor into your role in movements that defy fascism and nurture collective liberation.
Knowing who you are and how you’re meant to move in the world isn’t just a personal journey; it’s a powerful act of resistance against forces that seek to oppress and erase.
To honor your journey and make this work more accessible, I’m offering an additional 20% off all my guidebooks, courses, and mentorships through Friday. This is an opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself, rediscover your role in the collective, and align with a liberated Flow.
Here are four books I highly recommend for cultivating awareness and resilience:
My work centers on guiding you to uncover your role in movements for justice, connection, and liberation, all while supporting your creative Flow and authentic self-expression.
As you reflect on your journey of how we got here now, I invite you to join me in reclaiming Time, aligning with your purpose, and standing in speaking your truth to power. Let’s move forward together, grounded in resilience and hope.
Stay wild, love fiercely. Your presence is golden.
With wild and rebellious love,
Ciao! xo Ixchel

Your Sanctuary to Cultivate Wild Presence for Thriving with a Planet in Transition
I was raised and bore children on the traditional, unceded, and stolen lands of the Coast and Central Valley Miwok (colonized as Petaluma, CA) and Nisenan (colonized as Sacramento and Fair Oaks, CA), past, present, and future. I also write, work, and live in the highland forest of the traditional, unceded and stolen lands of the Totonac, Nahua, and Mexicah, past, present, and future, in what is known as Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico.
P.P.S. I do not live or consent to the colonial impositions regarding the construct of Time. I also practice honoring rhythms of work, play, and rest so that I can serve you with embodied presence and with loving care. This means I may take several days to respond to your requests and questions. (h/t Eva Glamaris)
