June 22, 2021 at 10:22AMOne of the hardest rituals for my business has been consistently posting on my socials. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m a Sag, I love spontaneity. Too much planning leaves me feeling boxed in. AND I’m a 10th house Capricorn Moon at the Midheaven. So, yeah, those rituals are also really a part of how I’ve been able to cultivate new ways of being outside of Dominator Culture.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Several colleagues have been asking about some of Planoy’s features as we collectively build our feminist social media ecosystem (h/t @kellydiels for her Feminist Social Media course). I’ve been using this app since I got on IG for real in 2016. Today I was looking at a tutorial and discovered they have a desktop version. #hallelujah⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now I can easily do all the things I love doing on desktop (@Canva design, writing in @Bear app, scheduling posts in @Planoly), so when I drift off-planet there’s still scheduled content coming to you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Which reminds me… I need to write a post about the Galactic download I received during the Solar Eclipse… Whoa! Ixchel suggested to set up my work space and my computer tabs for whatever flow activity I wanted to do first thing in the morning. “I did just that. I was able to get off electronics easier and earlier because I set my intention for what writing I was going to focus on in the morning. ⁠ “Getting into flow of writing came quickly and I worked until I was hungry. I trusted I would get back into flow once I returned. There are two stunning videos of a flyover of the Ferry Building and Mission Street at dawn/dusk that remind me of early morning ferry rides to SF Pride.
