Do you have a piece of clothing or a hat that just makes you feel like a superhero?
.
For me it’s this vintage @BetseyJohnson dress (1994?). My closet has been edited down so many times. There were many years I couldn’t even get it zipped up. But this dress remained my ideal piece.
.
I wore it to weddings. I paired it with purple #docmartins and argued with professors over American and Latin history. With a cardigan sweater over it, I wore it to meet with a state Senator to push for a state-wide ban on glyphosate #roundupkills).
.
This dress is woven with magic and serendipity. It’s one of the few things I brought with me to Nicaragua. It’s just that special.
.
I don’t need many things. I’m grateful to #konmarimethod for showing me how to edit my life into #whatsparksjoy And starting from my Core Desired Feelings with @daniellelaporte (more on how you can get Free and Clear in my US workshops in December coming tomorrow ????) .

Living intuitively is so damn interesting. I get glimpses of the future. I hear voices, myself mostly, whispering, coaxing me towards the direction of the future.
.
Yesterday was one of those days I found myself at the lamppost again. You know, the one just beyond the wardrobe in Narnia?
.
I am a believer that books carry energy and when we open them we release that energy into the world.
.
A book arrived from the past yesterday. Hidden amongst some treasured keepsakes. Sometimes I save things because I feel something about it holds a significance I don’t yet understand. This little book was one.
.
And yet it was a breadcrumb of my future I wasn’t even conscious of. A stowaway. Like the lamppost, it dropped in to remind me I’m going the right way. A wake up call.
.
Take the leaps of faith. Trust your Soul. Use your Core Desired Feelings as guidance. Look for the patterns in synchronicities. They are a cosmic map guiding your way.
.
Is there a pattern of synchronicity you’ve been ignoring, like a pesky fly? Maybe it’s time to wake up.

Core desired feelings for 2019 discovered. Whew! As I open to becoming more visible (thank you @simply_cinamon and @agustina_xx), I’m trying on being in front of the camera more. As an empath I didn’t have the tools to experience other people’s energy, expectations and excrement. And so I hid.
.
As that shifted, I’ve learned that my ability to take on and transmute energy for others is actually one of my superpowers (of the 12 sections of the Life Wheel I guide clients through).☸️
.
Stepping into my power as a healer, I’ve been working through some deep wounds of my inner child and giving her an upgraded life where she is safe to be seen and heard. So watch out! ????
.
