Caption: Today I decided to try some variety, something new. I made steamed butternut squash. I then put it in pork fat fried with salt, pepper, cinnamon and chipotle. Cracked 3 eggs on top. Sautéed red onion beside it. When the egg yolks were just right I transferred it to a bed of spinach. It’s so yummy! I saved the seeds from the squash for growing. #wildfit *
