Photo Caption: I am so grateful for his teachings. To have sat at his feet, listening to what it meant to be an active soul in service to the planet (and be allowed to record it!).

This photo of @babaramdass and Timothy Leary was from 1988 the year I met him at a media activism retreat for teens held at @campwinnarainbow ????

I was 16 and little did I know that the practice of Meditation I learned from him would help me build resilience for what was to come.

Ixchel Lunar
Deep Time Midwife
Ixchel Lunar is a somatic leadership mentor guiding creative founders through leadership recalibration grounded in decolonial and relational time.
They support leaders to clarify responsibility, strengthen embodied authority, and express from aligned presence as their vision expands.
Their work is shaped by lived political rupture, migration, chronic illness pacing, and years of guiding high-capacity leaders and creative founders who refuse urgency as a governing force.
Ixchel draws from Indigenous ecological timeways, nervous system regulation, cyclical leadership, and relational practice to help founders carry meaningful work without sacrificing themselves to it.
