What a gift this planet was given, someone that was determined to explore the greatest mysteries of the universe, overcoming huge physical constraints to do so. He was an inspiration for me in college as I grappled with what path I would choose, Astronomy or Women’s Studies. I love Physics. I am eternally grateful for the insight brought by Hawking. RIP 3.14
