Does the rhythm of life ever cease to surprise us? One minute we’re in The Flow, moving toward our goals with each inhale and exhale and the next minute we’re laid flat, consumed by overwhelm, #burnout or even numbed… only to be roused by the breath and rhythm of life once more to continue our dance with the #Cosmos.
????????‍♀️
While the rhythm of give and take is part of that dance, and part of being embodied, even the most passionate souls can begin to make mistakes, mis-step and miss cues when we haven’t taken a few minutes to step back, check-in with our bodies and to take a literal and metaphorical breather.
????????‍♀️
WHAT AN AMAZING TIME TO BE ALIVE…

I AM GRATEFUL FOR A WORLD WHERE…
we recognize we live on a planet in transition and collaborate to cultivate the capacity for solving the enormous challenges of this time, deepening our response-ability in #interbeing with Earth.

AND WHERE…
#Indigenousresilience practices (like #Yoga and #tzolkin Mayan Time Keeping) are remembered along with our ancestors that kept these sacred practices alive despite huge struggles.
????????
creating from heart and hands is worthy of fair compensation.

And that our collective cultural art, foods and traditions are honored and respected.

AND THIS IS POSSIBLE BECAUSE…
people are generous, compassionate, empathic, and just.

openness, authenticity, honesty, play and lightness of being are valued as a path to dialogue and understanding.

Hi everyone!
No weekend can start without a bowl of lush nicecream! Swirling pink layers topped with frozen fresh berries and accented with violas (which I’ve exhausted now lol). What’s your fav nice cream flavour?!

Here are some colourful facts:

???? red is the most common colour of food packaging. It is believed to make you hungry.

???? black and white aren’t truly colours. Black absorbs all visible colours and none are reflected. White is when all visible colours are blended.

???? darker coloured popsicles melt faster than lighter coloured ones.

???? zebras are drawn to black and white. If stripes are painted on a wall, they’ll go stand by it.

Recently when we have some spare time in the evenings, we like to watch a documentary. The kids love the special time and love watching with snacks in their hands. We’ve been watching “Genius” by stephan hawking. It’s so fascinating! Did you know there are 300 hundred billion stars just in our milky way galaxy?! ????
