Today I decided to try some variety, something new. I made steamed butternut squash. I then put it in pork fat fried with salt, pepper, cinnamon and chipotle. Cracked 3 eggs on top. Sautéed red onion beside it. When the egg yolks were just right I transferred it to a bed of spinach. It’s so yummy! I saved the seeds from the squash for growing. #wildfit *

Today I stopped drinking coffee as part of the #Wildfit Challenge. It will come back at some point. ☕️ Coffee makes me feel more me. I went without it for years, still with a caffeinated maté. When I started drinking it again last year I felt reawakened. I tapered off since last Thursday. Today, none. I can hear a sucking sound as my brain shrinks from the skull. ❤️☕️#mondaymood #monday
