No weekend can start without a bowl of lush nicecream! Swirling pink layers topped with frozen fresh berries and accented with violas (which I’ve exhausted now lol). What’s your fav nice cream flavour?!

Here are some colourful facts:

???? red is the most common colour of food packaging. It is believed to make you hungry.

???? black and white aren’t truly colours. Black absorbs all visible colours and none are reflected. White is when all visible colours are blended.

???? darker coloured popsicles melt faster than lighter coloured ones.
.
.
???? zebras are drawn to black and white. If stripes are painted on a wall, they’ll go stand by it.

???? 1 cup of raspberries.
???? 1 cup of frozen bananas.
???? 1 /2 cup of plant based milk @go_veggemo.
???? 1 tbsp of nut butter.
???? 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt.

Good morning!
Do you do new year resolutions? I think it’s a great way to motivate yourself to change and improve! I usually don’t wait for the new year and make changes when I feel compelled to. I woke up yesterday so frustrated with a couple of flare ups that I decided to try going wheat free for 30 days or so and maybe refined sugar free. I’ve done one day and it was t o u g h. But that’s one day down! I’m hoping to write down any changes, if any. Anyone tried it? Anyone want to try it with me? ????????????. And yes, this bowl kept me sane yesterday! ????.

???? Happy Hump Day bright stars! ⭐️ You’ve made it over the hump and it’s easy gliding until the weekend ???? I have spent the last two days at another dam site, this time out in the open in record winds, mixed with rain + hail ????☔️☃️ BUT on my drive in super early this morning, I saw a beautiful sunrise ???? for which I felt both privileged and grateful. What are you grateful for today? ????

???? Trust me, these bowls taste even better than they look. Bananas, sweet potato, blueberries, a touch of maple syrup and a hint of cinnamon – sooo yummy ???? Bringing these as well to Julia @clean_body_’s #sweetpotatoappreciationparty ????????

???? OMBRÉ PURPLE SWEET POTATO NICE CREAM BOWLS ????
.
2 sweet potatoes, cooked + peeled
3 bananas, chopped + frozen
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup @enjoyyoso coconut yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp @noudderprotein (optional)
.
*Optional chia pudding layer:
2 cups coconut milk (canned)
1/2 cup chia seeds
.
If desired, combine chia pudding ingredients and refrigerate minimum 2 hours, then divide between bowls. Blend nice cream ingredients together until smooth, gradually adding more purple sweet potato + blueberries to achieve 3 purple ombré @coconutbowls. Top with coconut, blueberries + chocolate-dipped strawberries ????
