The gibbons (howler monkeys ???? ????) were pretty close today. The alpha was at the center top of the green tree canopy doing his growl lookout thang. Lower down there are several others. Last summer my lavender hive requeened after I had to pinch the queen. It was a strong hive, but slightly aggressive. After I requeened, it settled down.
