Found these beautiful large ceramic pots at the Mercado Campesina in town yesterday (C110 each, $4). The organic nursery (vivero) there has some starts and succulents too. They sell bags of compost and a carbon and rice hull (granos y casco de arroz) mixture. I bought both to add to the pots. Temporary home until we can build the garden space. Need to erect a barrier so horses don’t munch on our herbs. So, The Beetles were literally knocking at the door tonight. They fly! The middle bug is a huge 3 inch moth that looks like bark. And the the left bug is most unusual. It has very long translucent wings. There must have 50 tinier moths all over the door and wall.
