I may have gotten all done up to record a 6am session on video this morning and messed up the recording, but that’s ok because we had a great session and I have this amazing chocolate chocolate chip mug cake and a “latte” to top off my morning.????????????☕️????????

People wonder how I do it, but it’s easy to avoid ingredients that don’t support my health because I’ve made an advance decicision about what I will and won’t eat. It helps that I get creative in the kitchen. .
