Today I stopped drinking coffee as part of the #Wildfit Challenge. It will come back at some point. ☕️ Coffee makes me feel more me. I went without it for years, still with a caffeinated maté. When I started drinking it again last year I felt reawakened. I tapered off since last Thursday. Today, none. I can hear a sucking sound as my brain shrinks from the skull. ❤️☕️#mondaymood #monday

I got hooked on gallopinto (guy-o-peent-o, Nicaraguan rice and beans) when we visited in December. Now I make it for desyuno tipico (typical breakfast).
