Deeply sadden to hear @AnthonyBourdain ended his struggle. This photo is of him is during his visit to Nicaragua in 2016. His show opened up the world as a place to explore and meet people. I am forever grateful for his spirit of curiosity.
I started doing IG Live Moment of Grace in part because I struggled with depression in silence for many years. The suicide of Kate Spade really woke me up to how this disease of silent struggle hits even the most successful of people. My practice of gratitude is an essential part of my journey back to Joy.
