Tiffany and I pressing apples at the @slowfoodrussianriver community press. Came home with 6 gallons of juice for cider and way more pulp than we expected, to turn into apple cider vinegar. Looks like we’ll need more mason jars. 🙂 #homesteading #fermentation #apples
