Hola Beloved Wildling friend!!!
I’m going to keep it brief, there’s lots below to explore, including a new, expanded Decoloning Time Course in the works (and huge opportunity to get free access), a collab with Brooke Scott on Time and Flow, and some great TikToks and a š„ fire-starter of a PDF from Audre Lorde.
I was in ceremony last week, working with sacred fungi medicine NiƱos Santos (Sacred Children). Feeling blessed for these allies and friends. They attended my body, working on the most critical places in need of healing.
From this journey I was able to let some š© and š¹ go during the eclipse. Lots of repatterning happening.Ā
The podcast is finally coming! To make this reality, I need your questions. So, reply and ask me anything, something I could respond to for the podcast.
Stay wild, love fiercely. Your presence is golden.

What I loved from TikTok this week
If these TikToks don’t help you get on the good side of TikTok,you can’t be helped… š
Dive into these TikTok š for a dose of captivating wisdom and decolonization:
- ALCALICAN: A TEMPLE OF WATER: Ancestral ritual to call for the rain. Awash in tradition and spirituality, I invite you to step into this sacred space with me and experience the divine connection to water and nature as we prepare for wet season here in Mexico. I was reflecting that itās been almost a year since I moved to Oaxaca and was greeted by the first hurricane of the season. My pattern was greeted by the second hurricane 10 days later. Water is life.
- Desantis sets fire to Floridaās progress through proposed anti-migrant legislation. As someone that grew up in a family that helped new immigrants in the US to get established, and that lived undocumented in a dictatorship for 6 years, Iām not surprised that thousands of people are not showing up to work in Florida. Thankfully, my partner just received their residency under family unity here in Mexico. And we are joyful. No human is illegal. Desantis must go.
Ā - Book I am reading: Delve into Ministry for the Future, a futuristic sci-fi literary gem by Kim Stanley Robinson. Michael Mezz gives a brief but compelling overview and vision for ending capitalism.Ā
Ā - Ā Audre Lorde, Transformations of Silence into Language and Action essay: āWhat are the words you do not yet have? What do you need to say? What are the tyrannies you swallow day by day and at, tempt to make your own, until you will sicken and die of them, still in silence?ā Embracing the wise, transformative words of Audre Lorde, I reflect on the power of breaking silence and giving voice to unspoken emotions. I invite you to confront the daily acts of oppression with me and seek freedom through expression. Be inspired and speak up by Lordeās timeless wisdom. Hereās the short essay in PDF.Ā
Ā - I share the uplifting tune āI Am Blessedā. Immerse yourself in the heartwarming sounds of DesirĆ©e Dawson. With soul-stirring lyrics that encapsulate gratitude and divine connection, the song reminds us to embrace the present moment and feel the abundance of blessings around us.Ā
Time & Flow Go Hand in Hand
Interrupting your normal programingā¦Ā
ā¦to bring you this weeks collaboration by Brooke Scott, COO + Integrator. Brookeās mission is to help others optimize & restore their business operations foundation in better relationship with time and money. She focuses her approach to any project or task using lean fundamentals with the overall goal to keep things streamlined from the ground up. She serves women entrepreneurs & mompreneurs, agencies, coaches, course creators & consultants by creating the swoon-worthy, efficient systems of their dreams and managing their internal & external operations so that they can get back to doing what they love in their zone of genius.
Onward….Ā
Relating with Time & Flow are sisters of productivity,Ā
But understanding how to effectively use them to help take your business foundation to the next level is the key to letting them work FOR you versus against you.
A way that you can start relating with Time & Flow together to work for you (outside of your everyday routines), is through practicing lean process improvement.
Ā Sound like gibberish? Letās break it down.Ā
Lean process improvement routines are routines that you implement into your current flow to help ālean upā or ācut the waste out ofā what youāre doing.
The intention of incorporating theses routines into your flow is to streamline and scale your current business workflows by applying more in-depth strategies with less confusion and waste.
One you can start implementing today, is the PDSA routine.
PDSA is an acronym for Plan, Do, Study, Act.
You walk through the steps of PDSA like you would normally ācheck off the boxesā of anything else you would do.
Letās walk through the steps with the example of revamping how you manage your time in your business.
Step 1: PlanĀ
Plan The Test Of Change And The Related Data Collection
(Meaning – create your plan of what youāre going to do.)
Example: Plan out how you want to start managing your time this week for your business.
Step 2: Do
Do The Test Of Change And The Related Data Collection
(Meaning – put your plan to action.)
Example: Put your plan to the test. If you implemented specific time blocks in the planning phase, you want to test these out.
Step 3: Study
Study The Results Of The Test
(Meaning – evaluate what happened during the ādoā step so that you can determine itās benefit, or lack thereof.)
Example: After youāve put your plan in action for the week, take a step back and review how the week went. Determine how it benefited (or didnāt) your current flow state and what you could do to improve it further.
Step 4: Act
Act To Hold The Gains + Assess The Need For Further Improvement
(Meaning – act on the results and take action on the adjustments needed so that you can try something that might work better.)
Example: Once youāve studied how the week went for you and determined what needs to happen next, you act on that. Thatās when you put a new plan in place.
Once youāve made it through all 4 steps – you repeat the process until you are satisfied with the new approach! Itās all about taking the incremental steps to get to your ideal state of flow.
Utilizing the PDSA Improvement Routine into your road to success & applying a lean perspective, will allow you to focus on rapid improvement and consistent, steady growth.Ā
You donāt set out to take part in strategic initiatives to solely save YOUR time. You do it to help reach your community better and to help them connect with you and work with you for immediate results and clarity.
Start using the process improvement routine today and start seeing how more aligned your time & flow will become – just on taking those small incremental steps of truly evaluating how you show up.

This [Stellar Astro/HD] session was my first introduction to Human Design, and it was extremely eye-opening (and even consciousness-opening, I would say).
It’s a new, complex world that enriches what I already knew about astrology. I can’t wait to delve in more!

“Ixchel is a gift for our time. Our work together transitioned me from a path of should-ing and burn out to tuning into my deepest call and making space for it.
The principles of flow Ixchel teaches are magical, rebellious and life changing. Their presence alone had a way of bringing me into deeper alignment with myself every time we met.
For anyone called to unhook from old systems and bring forth work from a deeper place within, Ixchel is a pioneer, an inspiration and incredible guide.
Ixchelās work is world changing, one human being reoriented towards timeā¦at a time. They are a powerhouse of wisdom, depth and knowledge and I felt so seen, informed and cared for in our session.
The way weāre doing things is not working and Ixchel is showing us a new way. I left our sessions feeling inspired, resourced and ready to be part of the change.”
ā CARA JONES, UNTETHER YOUR VOICE

“Every session with Ixchel left my nervous system calm and peaceful in a full, embodied way. No matter what topic we were discussing, their ability to co-regulate without (apparent) effort, but just by being, filled me with ease and freedom.
Just being in a container with Ixchel is enough, THEN receiving their wisdom about Time, healing, breath, Flow, human design, and all things down-regulating is simply magic.
We completed by celebrating some shifts in my path since weād begun, and we got to talking about integrity and purpose-as-essence in a really wholing and exciting way; even up to the last few minutes, we were making mind-expanding connections!
Thank you, Ixchel, for your energy and your beingness. So empowering (in such a parasympathetic way) to work with you.

Your Sanctuary to Cultivate Wild Presence for Thriving with a Planet in Transition
I was raised and bore children on the traditional, unceded, and stolen lands of the Coast and Central Valley Miwok (colonized as Petaluma, CA) and Nisenan (colonized as Sacramento and Fair Oaks, CA), past, present, and future. I also write, work, and live in the highland forest of the traditional, unceded and stolen lands of the Totonac, Nahua, and Mexicah, past, present, and future, in what is known as Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico.
P.P.S. I do not live or consent to the colonial impositions regarding the construct of Time. I also practice honoring rhythms of work, play, and rest so that I can serve you with embodied presence and with loving care. This means I may take several days to respond to your requests and questions. (h/t Eva Glamaris)
