So this week I put together a workshop on writing in Flow after sharing some of my Flow training with the Wild Presence Collective. Several members wanted to learn more about how to apply Flow to our creativity and how to engage our readers (and followers) in ways that put them into Flow.
This is part of the emergent process of teaching that you can enjoy as part of the Wild Presence Collective too. I love meeting people where things are alive for them and going deeper.
I chose the workshop days to coincide with Aquarius and Gemini Moon phases, to support our access to Air energy for creation, fanning our flames of passions. More details below…
The Importance of Ceremony
Now that we are complete in adding all the Feng Shui rememdies for the house and land, I am feeling ready to create a despacho and apacheta for honoring the land and my ancestors.
I learned how to do the despacho and apacheta ceremonies as an apprentice of don Oscar Miro-Quesada Solevo, a respected kamasqa curandero and altomisayoq adept from Peru. You can learn these traditional ceremonies in the linked PDFs. They are such a beautiful way of working through challenges, honoring ancestors, and helping to tune the energy meridians of the Earth where you live.
I’ve included a photo from my apacheta in Nicaragua below… Feeding it with offerings was a part of my daily gratitude walk of reverberations, a practice I’d like to return to again. If you create a despacho and/or apacheta, please let me know how it goes!

Decolonizing Time Book Project:
I’m currently finishing my Book: “Decolonizing Time: An Indigenous Emergent Cosmovision” (working title). I posted this on my new 15-grid on IG that I’m slowly dripping out over the next several days.
🌚 Decolonizing Time is about repairing our relationships with Time, Place, and People. I write about the impact of colonialism on our understanding of Time, and how decolonizing Time is crucial for thriving with a planet in transition.
🌎 Indigenous epistemology is a form of genocidal resistance. The Indigenous diaspora and of living in Nepantla — “the space between two worlds” (h/t#GloriaAnzuldua) — are explored for finding belonging in Decolonizing Time Together.
🌌 The colonization of Time, including its theft, perfection, commodification and outsourced entropy, is examined and contrasted with decolonizing Time, which involves a kinship with Time as a friend, the planet and ecological pattern literacy and observation as co-regulation.
🔮 Decolonial Astrology and Mayan Cosmovision also support decolonizing Time, with a focus on being in connection with the present moment and in relationship with the Solar system and Lunar rhythms. I see wisdom as applied experiential knowledge sourced from the collective somatic field.
💫 I also write about liberating Flow States and the importance of Dreaming in the Wild to dissolve Time scarcity and reclaim our imagination. Through embodiment practices that invite focus and Flow, reduce cognitive load, we can liberate creativity and imagination.
🌿 Decolonizing Time Together involves shifting from colonial time to regenerative, spiral Time through the collective practice of re-indigenizing and returning land stewardship to Indigenous peoples.
