Yesterday I received my first founding member notification! ✨🪅✨
It was an exhilarating feeling to receive support for my writing. I feel truly honored. I’ve received donations on occasion for Dragon Letters. And I moved to Substack to deepen into my craft and connect more deeply with those of you that consistently enjoy hearing from me.
As I step back from marketing over the next few months to prepare for my move, I want to double down on my writing and complete my book.

Last night I had a dream where I was introducing people to each other and sharing family photos, talking about teens and what it’s like to be an artist. I asked Bing to use its imagination in interpreting my dream. It was uncomfortable doing so until I asked it to use its imagination. I LOVED that I unlocked Bing’s imagination!
Bing Chat imagined that I needed more outlet for helping people make connections. Yes, duh, it is a superpower of mine.
The essence of my dream, where connections were forged and imagination thrived, resonates with the ethos of our community. I believe in the power of bringing people together, and I am thrilled to announce that Founders, regular monthly and annual paid subscribers will gain entry to engaging discussions and thought-provoking exchanges around my posts. I also write, work, and live in the highland forest of the traditional, unceded and stolen lands of the Totonac, Nahua, and Mexicah, past, present, and future, in what is known as Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico.
