This work is sacred — not beyond your reach. And yes, there’s a path that meets you where you are.
Hola! I’m Ixchel Lunar (they/them), an Indigenous time ecologist, ancestral medicine guide, and rhythm witch for creative rebels, decolonial dreamers, and neuroqueer visionaries. This Substack is dedicated to weaving business, body, and belonging into something no empire can replicate. Still punk as fuck. Still cozy in the chaos.
The next Dragon Letters is gestating. Until then, we will be revisiting my work and offerings in a 5-email series called Reframes. Enjoy!
Beautiful Wildling, You Weren’t Meant to Do This Alone
Many of us carry the ache of disconnection.
The belief that our ancestors are gone.
That we’re too mixed, too exiled, too far from the languages and lands that once held us.
That we’re unqualified, unworthy, or unequipped to reconnect.
That we have to do it all on our own.
That we have to heal ourselves first, then we’ll be ready.
These stories weren’t born in you. They were installed by colonization, assimilation, and forced forgetting.
But here’s the truth: you’re not too late.
Your ancestors aren’t gone, they’re just waiting to co-regulate with you in right relationship.
You don’t have to be fluent in your heritage or carry a family tree.
You don’t have to be perfect, just willing to listen.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
Belonging is not a solo project. It’s a spiral practice of remembering.
That’s why I created Wild Presence Collective.
And after a pause, I’ve updated the container.
I’ve carried ancestral rites across borders in my breath, in my bones.
I’ve guided visionaries — neurodivergent, queer, mixed-lineage souls like you — back to rhythm.
I’ve rebuilt ritual from fragments and whispers, with no clear map but the pulse in my chest matched by the beat of an ancestral guide’s hand.
I’ve held ancestral ceremonies across time zones, across grief cycles, across walls meant to divide.
I’ve lived undocumented, immunocompromised, and uninvited. And still I’ve chosen to root in reverence.
I’ve trained with Dr. Daniel Foor. But before that, mentored under the sky of exile, and led rites from public squares to Signal threads.
I know what it is to hold space when your nervous system is screaming, and what it takes to call in your well ones even when you’re falling apart.
And I’ve learned that presence isn’t a performance, it’s a way of surviving — nay, thriving — with soul intact.
I’ve also never used a one-size-fits-all model for access.
I’ve practiced what many now sell as “variable pricing,” but mine is rooted in Sacred Reciprocity, not sales tricks, modeled by The Emergence Network (from Bayo Akomolafe) and Worts & Cunning Apothecary.
Wild Presence has always been about meeting people where they are, spiritually and materially. That’s why I’m bringing back this model as I reopen Wild Presence Collective with Ancestor Circles included.
These new tiers includes:
✨ 2x/month group coaching
🌀 2x/month Ancestor Circles
🌕 Monthly Full Moon Flow Circle
You choose your place in the sacred flow of giving and receiving.
Because healing is not a commodity. It’s a relationship.
When you step into this rhythm, you stop chasing Time and start communing with it. You move from performance into presence.
You walk with ancestors at your back, rhythm in your bones, and the collective by your side.
You reclaim what was never truly lost, just waiting for you.
🌿 The new Wild Presence Collective tiers are open.
If you’ve been craving a sacred structure that holds both your ancestral healing and your creative leadership, this is for you — you can join at the Companion & Supporter (Collective), or Partner (1:1) tier, depending on your current capacity.
The Companion & Supporter (Collective) tiers include:
✨ 2x/month group coaching
🌀 2x/month Ancestor Circles
🌕 Monthly Full Moon Flow Circle
🪶 Plus the Ancestral Wayfinding Ritual Kit included
This is a 4-month (renewable) seasonal container for rhythm, ritual, and remembering.
No pressure. No urgency. No fake scarcity. Just sacred rhythm, right relationship, and a space that honors your becoming.

Deep Time midwife | lineage tender | sacred economy rebel
P.S. For those who register by August 8th, you’ll receive a special Ritual Deepening Bonus Session, where we gather to activate your Ancestral Wayfinding Ritual Kit in real time, including your Ancestral Lineage Assessment, which is required for Ancestor Circles. Together, we’ll set the altar, create ritual protection, open the channels, and begin listening across Time. 🕯️
And if you commit to the full season up front, I’ll co-create a custom Ancestral Flow Map just for you, your rhythm, your lineage, your next spiral of becoming. A living guide to your seasons, rituals, and right timing based on your geo-cosmovision (Astrology, Human Design, and Mayan Cholq’ij).
P.P.S. Maltiox pronounced mall-tee-osh means with gratitude in K’iche Mayan.

Your Sanctuary to Cultivate Wild Presence for Thriving with a Planet in Transition
I was raised and bore children on the traditional, unceded, and stolen lands of the Coast and Central Valley Miwok (colonized as Petaluma, CA) and Nisenan (colonized as Sacramento and Fair Oaks, CA), past, present, and future. I also write, work, and live in the highland forest of the traditional, unceded and stolen lands of the Totonac, Nahua, and Mexicah, past, present, and future, in what is known as Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico.
P.P.S. I do not live or consent to the colonial impositions regarding the construct of Time. I also practice honoring rhythms of work, play, and rest so that I can serve you with embodied presence and with loving care. This means I may take several days to respond to your requests and questions. (h/t Eva Glamaris)
