Dragon 🐉 Letter #94: Not sure if Ancestral Healing is for you? Come to the Free Workshop!
Hello Beautiful Wildling,
Thank you for your patience — and your heart.
If you reached out about working together for Ancestral Lineage Healing, I have some fabulous news:
I’m now officially approved to guide public sessions in this work, and the portal is open.

I know the ache that led you here.
The feeling of carrying something heavy and ancient — grief, illness, creative blocks, restlessness — and not knowing where it begins or how to set it down.
You’ve done the therapy.
The coaching.
The inner child work.
The somatics.
And still, something feels unresolved.
As if the root is older than your lifetime.
That’s because it is.
The ache is ancestral.
This isn’t a mindset problem.
It’s likely a rupture in your timeline — and your ancestors are still holding the thread.
Inheritance is where we tend that wound.
Together.
What Grounds This Work: 5 Core Knowings
This lineage repair work is rooted in five cross-cultural truths that shift how we relate to the dead — and ourselves.
-
Consciousness continues after death.
Your ancestors aren’t gone — they’re just waiting for right relationship. This work honors them as active participants in healing, not passive memories. -
Not all ancestors are well.
Some of your dead carry pain, trauma, and harm — and that doesn’t make them evil. It makes them in need of tending. We only directly engage with the wise and well ones. -
The dead can change.
With ritual, time, and connection, even the unwell dead can transform. This is lineage repair — not static remembrance. -
Communication is possible — and normal.
Dreams, synchronicities, emotions, body sensations — your ancestors speak in many tongues. You don’t have to believe in spirits. You only have to listen. -
Healing flows both ways.
This work blesses forward and backward. When you heal, your ancestors heal. When they guide you, you become more whole. The threads are alive.
Here’s what Inheritance Ancestral Lineage Healing Sessions looks like:
We begin with ritual safety.
No rushing in. No overwhelm.
We root in your body. We clarify your why.
We call in only the wise and well ones.
Over 4-5 sessions we enter the spiral of The 5 Steps of Ancestral Lineage Repair:
This healing process follows a specific, trauma-aware structure that supports deep, lasting transformation across your bloodlines. This isn’t conceptual work. It’s an embodied ritual process — rooted in Daniel Foor’s method — where you engage directly with a specific lineage and partner with a well ancestor to bring healing, clarity, and blessing.
-
Assess the Lineages
We begin by assessing the vibrancy of your four primary blood lineages — your mother’s mother, mother’s father, father’s mother, and father’s father. From there, you choose one line of focus for the healing. -
Connect with an Ancestral Guide
We establish contact with a deeply well and loving ancestor from that lineage — someone spiritually resourced and capable of guiding the healing work. -
Understand the Blessings and Burdens
With the support of your guide, you begin to witness the gifts, strengths, and also the harms or patterns held in that lineage. This step brings clarity to what you’ve inherited — both the medicine and the weight. -
Heal the Older and Recent Dead
The guide carries out the repair of the lineage, tending to the ancestors in need of healing. This includes both the distant ancestors and those you may have known by name. You are not alone in this — the work is supported, paced, and protected. You’ll begin to see the impacts of the dead lessen, the healing continues. -
Receive the Blessings
Once the lineage is healed, you begin to receive its blessings — personally and relationally. This may include ritual practices, embodied shifts, or new guidance from well ancestors now available to support you and your living family.
This is not about bypassing pain or romanticizing ancestors.
It’s about remembering who you come from — and who you’re still becoming.
Sessions are held over Zoom, at a rhythm your body can hold.
You’ll be deeply supported.
Not only in the session, but in between — through voice messages, custom rituals, and a rhythm of belonging that honors your pace.
If you’re still curious (or scared, or ready-but-not-ready), that’s welcome too.
You don’t need to have all your ancestors’ names.
You don’t need to be “spiritual.”
You only need a heartbeat and a history.
There are two ways to engage with this work:
-
Inheritance is a high-touch 1:1 container that blends weekly ancestral healing sessions with Wild Presence coaching — for those ready to walk a spiral path of ritual, identity, and embodied leadership.
-
Or, you can book stand-alone Ancestral Lineage Healing sessions to focus solely on one lineage at a time, supported by a clear process and sacred structure.
Either way, we move at the pace of trust — guided by the ones who remember.
I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
Free Workshop to explore if this is a fit
If you’re curious but not quite ready to step into this healing, I invite you to start with the free workshop — The Ache is Ancestral.
It’s a gentle entry point into this work: a chance to reconnect with your body, explore what your lineage might be holding, and feel into whether this path is for you.
You’ll get a sense of what it means to repair lineage rupture, reclaim ancestral connection, and walk in belonging — all in a space rooted in ritual, consent, and care.

Your Sanctuary to Cultivate Wild Presence for Thriving with a Planet in Transition
I was raised and bore children on the traditional, unceded, and stolen lands of the Coast and Central Valley Miwok (colonized as Petaluma, CA) and Nisenan (colonized as Sacramento and Fair Oaks, CA), past, present, and future. I also write, work, and live in the highland forest of the traditional, unceded and stolen lands of the Totonac, Nahua, and Mexicah, past, present, and future, in what is known as Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico.
P.P.S. I do not live or consent to the colonial impositions regarding the construct of Time. I also practice honoring rhythms of work, play, and rest so that I can serve you with embodied presence and with loving care. This means I may take several days to respond to your requests and questions. (h/t Eva Glamaris)
