June 15, 2021 at 09:34PMTrevia Woods, @trevia_woods, recently shared a beautiful post about starting a new ritual after her first session with me. Here’s an excerpt… “I had the pleasure of starting a new ritual. Ixchel suggested to set up my work space and my computer tabs for whatever flow activity I wanted to do first thing in the morning. “I did just that. I was able to get off electronics easier and earlier because I set my intention for what writing I was going to focus on in the morning. “Getting into flow of writing came quickly and I worked until I was hungry. I trusted I would get back into flow once I returned. (thx Ixchel for that tip). “I feel refreshed and great about getting some creative deep work done before I start the long list of to-do’s for everything else in my life.” Trevia is an amazing community facilitator for We are the Culture Makers, with @kelly.diels as well as for her own community centering cultural appreciation. ???????? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨????????????????????????????????????✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m a ✨Decolonial Time Witch ✨ I founded the JEDI Flow Collective to help Edgewalkers decolonize and reclaim your time, skip the crash so you can liberate creative Flow. Ixchel Lunar is a somatic leadership mentor guiding creative founders through leadership recalibration grounded in decolonial and relational time. They support leaders to clarify responsibility, strengthen embodied authority, and express from aligned presence as their vision expands. Their work is shaped by lived political rupture, migration, chronic illness pacing, and years of guiding high-capacity leaders and creative founders who refuse urgency as a governing force. Ixchel draws from Indigenous ecological timeways, nervous system regulation, cyclical leadership, and relational practice to help founders carry meaningful work without sacrificing themselves to it.
