As an empath I didn’t have the tools to experience other people’s energy, expectations and excrement. And so I hid.

As that shifted, I’ve learned that my ability to take on and transmute energy for others is actually one of my superpowers (of the 12 sections of the Life Wheel I guide clients through).☸️

Stepping into my power as a healer, I’ve been working through some deep wounds of my inner child and giving her an upgraded life where she is safe to be seen and heard. So watch out! ????
