Caption: (Recipe below) I’ve been posting a bit more on the healthy food I’m eating these days due to the Wildfit challenge I’m doing. This is a newer favorite I love for breakfast (Wildfit rule: eat fruits on an empty stomach in the morning). Watermelon, Basil and Red Onion salad Recipe:
* 1/2 watermelon cubed ???? * Bunch of basil, chopped * A few leaves of mint chopped
* 1/2 red onion sliced thinly and separated * Two tbs Olive (or avocado ????) oil
* Salt to taste
Chill for deeper taste and goodness on a warm morning. Serves 3-4.
