Caption: Last night I dreamt that my dad and I were reviewing a set of plans for some residential development. Something I used to do a lot on city council. Something he did a lot as a developer. I like to think he would listen to my Smart, green development practices. He did wear the crystals I made him. ❤ #loveyou #alternateuniverse #missingyou #daddysgirl

Ixchel Lunar is a somatic leadership mentor guiding creative founders through leadership recalibration grounded in decolonial and relational time.
They support leaders to clarify responsibility, strengthen embodied authority, and express from aligned presence as their vision expands.
Their work is shaped by lived political rupture, migration, chronic illness pacing, and years of guiding high-capacity leaders and creative founders who refuse urgency as a governing force.
Ixchel draws from Indigenous ecological timeways, nervous system regulation, cyclical leadership, and relational practice to help founders carry meaningful work without sacrificing themselves to it.
